Handphones: Stop exploiting prepaid users

IT is time the authorities regulated the handphone companies. Prepaid customers are being exploited and victimised by these companies.

Every now and then, the customer will be called to "top up" if they want to carry on making calls. This is absurd and the companies show no social responsibility. They want us to keep on calling and sending SMS messages just to make more money.

Handphones have become an important part of present-day society, and the government should see to it that the people have a right to use them as and when they want to.
